Last Friday, November 18, 2025, the charity photo exhibition was successfully launched with great attendance and emotion at the VEZ Municipal Library in Mestre. The event, promoted in support of an important cause, saw the participation of institutional figures, well-known personalities from the art scene, and a large audience, all united by the goal of solidarity.
The inauguration began at 9:00 AM, immediately welcoming a special lineup of guests, including the actress and godmother of the initiative, Caterina Murino, the talented photographer Alessandra Cossu, the artist Barbara Pigazzi, and the professional Fabrizio Pinna.
The morning kicked off with an informative conference on the ground floor of the venue. The spotlight was turned onto the project thanks to the presence of authorities and prominent figures: the Councilor of the Municipality of Venice Massimiliano De Martin, the General Director of the Municipality of Venice Morris Ceron, the VEZ Municipal Library Manager Barbara Vanin, and the President of the Venice Academy of Fine Arts Michele Casarin. Their speeches emphasized the importance of combining art, culture, and social commitment.
Subsequently, the guests and the public moved upstairs for the highly anticipated exhibition moment. Art took over with the viewing of the shots by photographer Alessandra Cossu, whose works received numerous and sincere compliments.
Note on Dates: The photo exhibition is a limited-time event and can be visited from November 14 to November 28, 2025 at the VEZ Municipal Library. After the artistic moment, all participants gathered again on the ground floor for a pleasant and convivial refreshment.
In parallel with the exhibition, the commitment to charity is amplified thanks to the important initiative of Studio Animica, which has distinguished itself through its generosity from day one.
Studio Animica honored its promise, marking the start of this solidarity journey with a first donation of 300 euros made precisely at the inauguration. But the commitment does not stop there: the solidarity portraits initiative will continue until the end of the year, December 2025. At the end of this period, Studio Animica will donate an additional 10% of the total revenue from the portraits taken. A gesture that demonstrates how professionalism can go hand-in-hand with a profound sense of social responsibility.
The photo exhibition, though brief, is a true collection point for solidarity. Volunteers are present to staff the exhibition, welcome visitors, and receive both free donations and purchases of photo prints directly on the initiative’s official website: www.unavoceperloro.it.
